Privacy Policy

DWOMOH Build ("we", "us") is an AI website and app builder at dwomohbuild.com, founded in Ghana by Bright Dwomoh. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use DWOMOH Build, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider — we never see them. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us.
• Owner details: before you buy a web address or put a website online, your full name, phone number and address (street or area, town, region, country, and your GhanaPost GPS address if you give it), and when you confirmed they are true. A web address is registered in your own name with these details, as domain rules require.
• What you build: the descriptions, messages, images and files you give the builder, and the websites and apps it creates for you.
• App store keys (only if you connect them): the Google Play service account key and the Apple App Store Connect API key you choose to connect, so we can publish your mobile app into your own accounts. They are checked with Google or Apple, stored locked (encrypted), never shown again and used only to publish your apps. You can remove them at any time under Dashboard → App stores, and revoke them in your Google or Apple account.
• Payments: our payment provider processes your card or Mobile Money payment. We receive a record of the payment (amount, reference and status), never your full card number or your Mobile Money PIN.
• Usage and device information: pages you visit, actions in the builder, error logs, your IP address, your approximate country (used to suggest the French version of the site) and your browser type.
• Cookies: we use cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To build, preview, fix and publish your websites and apps.
• To process payments and manage your credits and plan.
• To send service emails such as verification codes, password resets and payment confirmations.
• To keep the service working, prevent abuse and improve it — including checking requests and websites for scams, keeping a record of requests we refuse, and handling reports about websites made with DWOMOH Build.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers that process data for us, only to run DWOMOH Build. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

• Hosting and database providers — to run the website, keep your account and projects, and build and preview your apps
• AI model providers — to write and fix your apps; your descriptions and project files are sent to the AI to do this
• Our payment provider — to take your card or Mobile Money payments
• Our email provider — to send you account, payment and reminder emails
• Our domain registrar — when you buy a web address, your owner details are given to it to register the name in your name (domain rules may make some of them visible in public domain records unless privacy protection applies)
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google"
• Our mobile app build service, Google Play and Apple — only when you publish a mobile app: your app's files and your connected store key are used to build it and upload it into your own Google Play or App Store account

Some of these providers store data outside Ghana, for example in the European Union or the United States. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it. If someone shows us reasonable evidence that a website or web address made with DWOMOH Build harmed them, or the police, the Cyber Security Authority or a court asks, we may give them the owner details of that website.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) to create your account and sign you in. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information and projects within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. Owner details, and records of scam checks and reports, are kept for as long as a web address you bought is registered and for up to 2 years after, so we can answer complaints about it.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us at support@dwomohbuild.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Children

DWOMOH Build is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will also let you know by email or in the app.
