Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DWOMOH Build at dwomohbuild.com ("DWOMOH Build", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

DWOMOH Build lets you describe a website or app in plain words. Our AI then writes it, installs what it needs, tests it, shows you a live preview and, on plans that include it, publishes it.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Before you buy a web address or put a website online, you give us your owner details (full name, phone number and address) and confirm they are true; a web address is registered in your own name with them. Giving false details breaks these terms and may lead to your website being taken offline. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make payments where you live if you buy a plan or credits.

3. Credits, plans and payments

  • Prices are listed on our pricing page in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Payments are processed by our payment provider and charged in Ghana cedis; the amount is shown before you pay.
  • A new app uses 1 credit and each change after that uses 0.25 credit, as shown on the pricing page. You can buy more credits at any time.
  • A plan lasts 30 days from the day you pay; you renew it by paying again. You can pay for the next month early — it starts when the current month ends.
  • You can also pay for a whole year at once (12 months for the price of 10). A year paid at once lasts 365 days, you receive all 12 months of credits straight away, and it is paid for the full year: unused months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • When you buy a web address and your plan does not include your own name, the payment can include the plan (one month or one year) — the price shown before you pay is the full amount.
  • Published websites and apps stay online only while your plan is paid. If a month is not paid, they stay online for a few more days (3 days unless we tell you otherwise), then they are paused until you pay. Pausing deletes nothing: they come back within minutes of your payment. We remind you by email and in your dashboard before this happens. If a website stays paused for more than 90 days, we may delete it after warning you by email.
  • If you pay by card and choose automatic payment, we charge that card for your plan each month, about a day before the month ends. You can switch this off at any time on your billing page. Mobile Money cannot be charged automatically, so we remind you to pay instead.
  • A web address (domain) you buy through DWOMOH Build is registered for one year at a time. We remind you by email before its year ends. It is renewed only if you pay the renewal price shown; if it is not renewed, it expires and may be bought by someone else. We never renew a domain without your payment.
  • If a build fails because of a problem on our side, no credit is used.
  • Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we could not provide what you paid for.
  • We may change prices. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. Your content and your apps

You own what you give us (your descriptions, text, images and files) and the websites and apps we create for you, subject to the licences of the open-source software they are built with. You allow us to store, process and display your content only to run DWOMOH Build for you. On the Business plan you can download your apps' full source code.

5. Acceptable use

DWOMOH Build must never be used to deceive people or take their money. Do not use it to:

  • build scams, phishing or fake websites that pretend to be another person, brand, bank, Mobile Money service, telecom company or government body — including copies of their login, verification or payment pages;
  • ask visitors for their Mobile Money PIN, bank or ATM PIN, card security code or other people's passwords (a real Mobile Money payment is approved on the phone, never typed into a website);
  • run "double your money", guaranteed-profit, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake investments, fake loans, or fake jobs, visas or scholarships that charge fees;
  • announce fake prizes, promotions or giveaways, especially in a real company's name;
  • make fake receipts, payment alerts, bank statements, identity documents or certificates;
  • buy a web address that uses another company's or public body's name;
  • break the law in any other way, create malware or anything designed to harm people, devices or networks;
  • harass, threaten or exploit anyone, or publish sexual content involving minors;
  • infringe other people's copyright, trademarks or privacy;
  • overload, attack or misuse the service, or get around credit and plan limits.

To protect people, we check building requests and websites for signs of scams. We may refuse a request, check a website before it goes online, and take a website offline, stop builds or suspend accounts that break these rules — without refund. Anyone can report a website at dwomohbuild.com/report; we look at every report, usually within a day. We cooperate with the police, the Cyber Security Authority and courts, and may give them the owner details of a website that broke these rules.

6. AI-generated work

AI can make mistakes. Review and test your app before you rely on it — especially anything to do with payments, security, personal data or legal requirements. You are responsible for the apps you publish and how you use them.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving DWOMOH Build, so features may change. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using DWOMOH Build at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Our responsibility

DWOMOH Build is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
